Once we have verified your license or home study, we’ll email you a link to the family profile form to complete.

While you wait, you can start preparing to create your family profile. Check out our family profile tips to help as you think about what you’d like on your profile. You’ll also need to upload 3-5 good quality photos of your family (no more than 5 please!), including at least one that is a close-up, portrait style photo.
