Meet Landon

When he’s not out on the soccer fields or playing outside, he loves hanging out with friends, dancing, and playing video games. If he’s in the company of his friends, you can be he’s having a good time!

In the 8th grade, Landon does especially well in school when it’s a subject that he enjoys. He loves his small school setting, and has excellent relationships with his teachers and the vice principal.

Landon appreciates consistency in his caregivers, and can relax best and feel at ease when he knows what to expect! Landon does well with a variety of supports. He is also willing to sit and talk with his caregiver about concerns and how to make situations better.

While excited about finding an adoptive family, Landon is a little anxious about it as well. A family who will support him through the transition and check-in and comfort him would be in his best interest.

Landon has some important biological connections that he would like to maintain. His team is hoping to hear from families willing to help Landon continue to nurture these important relationships.

Landon’s team would love to hear from two-parent households who are willing and able to provide boundaries and consistency to Landon, while also bringing the fun! Families who can lean on community partners to encourage Landon to continue striving in school and in life will benefit him. Landon does well with siblings and pets, but would love to have his own room so he can have a personal space to go to when he needs it.
