Meet Olivia

Special Note: Adoptive or Guardianship Family Needed

This youth is waiting for a loving, committed family who can provide long lasting care. While guardianship is the plan, adoption can absolutely be the option for the right family. Learn more about Guardianship here.

"Olivia is a total sweetheart; and she comes with an amazing team of support too!" ~Caseworker

Inquisitive and curious, Olivia is always ready to ask a question! Have pets or love animals? So does Olivia, and she’ll be sure to ask you about how your pets are doing when she sees you. This animal-loving teen would love to find a family that has pets or would be open to getting a pet in the future!

A homebody, Olivia loves to spend time at home. She enjoys various indoor activities, like listening to the radio and jamming out to her favorite tunes. She’ll listen to pretty much any type of music, but her favorite genre is pop!

When she’s not singing along to her favorite tunes, Olivia loves to research different topics on her tablet. One thing Olivia loves to do is watch “how it’s made” videos! She has a vast knowledge of lots of different topics and loves to learn more!

Creative and artsy, Olivia also enjoys creating diamond art and scrapbooking. She recently made a scrapbook of all the different pets she knows! She’s expressed a more formal interest in art and is considering pursuing it as a career when she grows up. She would love to go to college for art or animation!

Olivia’s team is excited to hear from families who would be strong medical advocates for her and continue to help her monitor her health. Olivia also does very well with reassurance and structure, and families who are willing to keep her in the loop of what is going on and when.

Olivia thrives when she has a space where she can calm herself and enjoy quiet time.

In school, Olivia does well with the right supports that allow her to help her with her focus, transitions, and regulation. Since entering high school, she has made great progress with her set routine and expectations. She recently received all As on her report card!

Olivia has strong connections with her biological siblings, other relatives, providers, and current caregivers that have been involved in her life. Families who would be willing to help Olivia maintain those important connections are essential.

When asked about what she wants in a family, Olivia expressed interest in a family with a single female parent, although she has also done really well with two parent families. Olivia would do best in a family where she can be the only child.
